Bingo: card conditions, winning lines, and rewards

Configure 3×3 or 4×4 bingo cards with sales, views, likes, comments, posting, and LIVE goals on videos, LIVEs, or carousels; understand what makes a cell or line complete.

A Bingo campaign gives each creator a 3×3 or 4×4 card of measurable content goals. A creator wins by completing one full row, column, or either diagonal: three cells in a line on a 3×3 card or four on a 4×4 card. They do not have to complete the entire board.

The short version

  • Every cell is a condition on the creator's qualifying posts: sales, orders, views, likes, comments, posts, or minutes on LIVE.
  • Each cell also says which posts it counts: videos (the default), LIVEs, photo carousels, or any mix. One card can combine a video cell, a LIVE cell, and a carousel cell.
  • The campaign automatically tracks every kind of post any cell on the card uses. There is no separate content-type picker on a bingo.
  • Thresholds are inclusive, and the same post can satisfy several cells.

Configure the card

Choose the grid size, then click each cell to build its condition in three rows: Counts (which posts), Metric (Sales, Orders, Views, Likes, Comments, Posts, LIVE minutes), and Goal (Total, One post, X posts each; for Posts: Total, Days in a row, In one day). Conditions are evaluated from the creator's qualifying campaign posts; they are not manual checkboxes for arbitrary creative tasks.

GroupCell conditionWhat it measures
SalesHit X total salesSum of the counted posts' tracked GMV.
SalesBreak X in a single postAt least one counted post reaches X GMV.
SalesGet X posts that each make Y+At least X separate posts each reach Y GMV.
SalesReach X total ordersSum of TikTok orders on the counted videos and carousels. A LIVE reports no orders, so order cells cannot count LIVEs.
SalesGet X orders on one postAt least one counted post reaches X orders.
SalesGet X posts with Y+ orders eachAt least X separate posts each reach Y orders.
ViewsReach X total viewsSum of the counted posts' tracked views.
ViewsHit X views on one postAt least one counted post reaches X views.
ViewsPost X posts over Y views eachAt least X separate posts each reach Y views.
LikesCollect X total likesSum of the counted posts' tracked likes.
LikesGet X likes on one postAt least one counted post reaches X likes.
LikesGet X posts with Y+ likes eachAt least X separate posts each reach Y likes.
CommentsCollect X total commentsSum of the counted posts' tracked comments.
CommentsGet X comments on one postAt least one counted post reaches X comments.
CommentsGet X posts with Y+ comments eachAt least X separate posts each reach Y comments.
PostsPost X total postsAt least X qualifying posts of the cell's kinds.
PostsPost X days straightA streak of consecutive posting days in the campaign's timezone. Several posts on one day are still one day of the streak.
PostsDrop X posts in one dayAt least X qualifying posts share one posting day.
LIVEStream X total minutesMinutes on air across the creator's counted LIVEs.
LIVEStream X minutes in one LIVEAt least one LIVE lasts X minutes.
LIVEHost X LIVEs of Y+ minutes eachAt least X separate LIVEs each last Y minutes.

The thresholds are inclusive: reaching exactly the target satisfies the condition. “Three videos with 1,000 views each” is different from “3,000 total views”; one video with 3,000 views only satisfies the latter.

The same qualifying post can help satisfy several cells. There is no rule that each square consumes a different post unless the condition itself requires several posts.

Which posts a cell counts

Under the condition, the Counts row shows three chips: Videos, LIVEs, Carousels. Turn on the kinds this cell should be judged on. A cell always counts at least one kind, and the cell's wording follows the choice: “Post 5 total videos”, “Post 5 total LIVEs”, or “Post 5 total posts” when it counts a mix.

  • Cells saved before this option existed count videos only, and still do until you change them.
  • The three LIVE conditions (minutes on air) are pinned to LIVEs.
  • The three orders conditions can count videos and carousels, never LIVEs.
  • A LIVE's “post time” is when the stream started.

The campaign tracks the union of every cell's kinds, so adding a LIVE cell to a video-only card makes the campaign start collecting the creators' LIVEs. The campaign's own content-type setting is not shown on a bingo; the card decides.

Card setup and validation

A 3×3 card has nine configured cells; a 4×4 card has sixteen. Every cell needs a supported condition and its required values—an empty cell is not a free square. Click a cell to edit its condition, the kinds it counts, and its thresholds, and review the whole card after changing grid size.

Where X is a number of posts, LIVEs, or days (every “X posts each…” condition, “Post X total”, “X days straight”, “X in one day”), it must be at least one. A metric threshold (GMV, orders, views, likes, comments, minutes) must be zero or greater. The editor rejects missing conditions or values rather than silently completing them.

Describing a cell as “use this hook” in campaign copy does not create automatic visual or creative review of the content.

How many rewards can a creator win?

A winning line makes the creator eligible for the configured reward once for the campaign period. Completing a second or third line does not multiply the cash reward. Multiple creators can each complete their own board; this is not a single shared card with only one winner.

To cap the number of winners, turn on Limit the number of winners and enter a number. Spots go first come, first served by the post time of the video that completed each line; once they are all claimed, later lines are not rewarded. Creators see how many prizes are left unless you turn on Hide the number of prizes from creators, in which case they see a disclosure that prizes are limited and not guaranteed.

A winning line and a paid reward are separate states. Check payout status before telling a creator money was sent, and arrange physical-prize fulfillment with the brand.

Why a cell is incomplete

Check the exact condition and X/Y values first. Total and single-video conditions are different. Then verify eligible products, posting dates, the join-date option, disqualified videos, and whether TikTok metrics have arrived.

New content can take up to 48 hours to surface from TikTok. A manually added video may appear before its views, likes, and GMV populate. Views use TikTok Shop analytics, so the public TikTok counter alone does not prove a cell is complete.

Bingo is evaluated from the posts each cell counts; a LIVE or carousel only completes a cell whose Counts chips include that kind. For a streak or same-day dispute, provide the individual posting timestamps to support so the campaign's day grouping can be checked.
