Link multiple TikTok accounts to one creator profile

A creator can link multiple TikTok accounts to one Cruva creator account. Additional handles are also called aliases. They let Cruva recognize eligible content from more than one TikTok handle as belonging to the same creator; the creator does not need a separate Cruva login for every handle.

Add another TikTok account

1. Sign in at creators.cruva.com and open Settings → TikTok accounts, or open the corresponding TikTok accounts card in mobile Profile.
2. Select Add account.
3. Complete the TikTok authorization flow using the TikTok account being added. If TikTok opens the wrong account, switch to the intended account before authorizing.
4. Return to Cruva and check that the correct handle appears in the account list with its verification state.

Typing somebody else's handle is not verification. The creator must prove ownership through TikTok. The verification flow identifies the account; it does not request permission to publish TikTok posts for the creator.

Primary account and aliases

The list identifies the primary TikTok handle and additional connected accounts. Eligible activity from a linked primary or secondary handle can be attributed to the same campaign participant. A manually submitted TikTok post must belong to the primary handle or a recognized alias.

An alias is not a second contest entrant, another independent retainer, or an extra copy of the same reward. Campaign requirements, accepted participation, eligible products, content type, date window, caps, and disqualification rules still apply. Linking another handle does not make all of that handle's historical posts eligible.

If a seller invited a particular handle but the creator cannot access a private offer, check the verified accounts and the actual invitation/offer. Do not assume an unrelated Cruva login has the same participation history simply because the creator owns both TikTok accounts.

Expired verification or a changed handle

The card shows verification information and flags expired connections. Use the reverify or edit/relink action for the relevant account and authorize the correct TikTok identity again. Re-verifying the primary handle and adding a secondary handle are different operations; use Add account when the intent is to keep both.

If the screen reports that a different handle was authorized, check the active TikTok session. Repeatedly approving the wrong account will not verify the intended one.

A handle is already linked elsewhere

A TikTok handle cannot belong to two Cruva creator accounts at the same time. If it is a secondary account on another Cruva profile, the ownership-verification flow can offer a move that the creator must confirm. If it is another Cruva account's primary identity, that move is blocked rather than silently merging the accounts.

Follow the account-conflict screen or contact support if the owning account is unclear. Moving a handle is not a promise to merge two accounts' campaign histories, balances, or agreements. Do not delete an established account merely as a first troubleshooting step.

Remove a linked account

Use the remove action and confirm the handle. Cruva requires at least one TikTok account to remain, so the last handle cannot be removed through this action. When an eligible primary removal occurs, a remaining account is promoted to primary.

Unlinking a handle is not the same as leaving a campaign or deleting all historical tracked content. For missing campaign credit, check the link, post owner, and submission eligibility before removing accounts.
