The creator website and mobile app: access and navigation
Send creators to creators.cruva.com, install the mobile app, find joined campaigns and Meta programs, and return to completed work.
The creator-facing Cruva app is hosted at creators.cruva.com. This is where creators sign in, join opportunities, track campaign progress, see rewards, message brands, and manage connected accounts. Sellers manage the corresponding campaigns in their seller dashboard.
Use the website or install the mobile app
Creators can use the website in a desktop or phone browser. They can also install the Cruva mobile app on their mobile device: open the install page or follow the app-install prompt on the creator site, then use the available store link for their device. Installation options depend on platform availability; the website remains a way to access their account when a store option is not shown.
Sign in with the same Cruva account used to join the brand's campaigns. Installing the app does not require applying again or creating another participant. A different login can appear to have no campaign history even when the creator's original account has participated.
The web account-management area is Settings. In the mobile app, account connections and preferences are under Profile. Screen arrangement can differ between website and mobile; the campaign and account remain the same.
Find work and opportunities
On the website, Home brings together the creator's work. Its work filters include Campaigns, Meta programs, Referral programs, Usage rights, and My Content when the account has corresponding items. Some filters are hidden when there is nothing to show; a missing filter alone does not mean an application failed. Use search and available filters to locate a brand or campaign.
Earn is the opportunities feed. It is a place to discover work, not the bank-transfer history or a statement of money already earned. Open an opportunity to read its own eligibility, reward, and joining terms.
Brand links and Brand Hubs are another entry point. A seller can share a specific campaign or program link so a creator can go straight to it. Opening a link is not the same as joining: the creator still signs in and completes the relevant join or application flow.
Return to something already joined
Open the campaign from the creator's campaign list or use its original link while signed in. Creators who participated can still view a campaign after its competition window ends, including its progress and reward information. An Ended label does not mean the results have been deleted. See Campaign results and visibility.
Meta programs have their own membership page, uploads, ad activity, and rewards. Referral programs and usage-rights items are separate kinds of work; joining one does not automatically join every campaign from that brand.
Account and support areas
Use Settings on the website or Profile on mobile to manage TikTok accounts, Discord, Instagram, profile details, and payment setup. Use Messages for available brand conversations and community channels. Mobile notification settings control device push permissions; SMS preferences are separate.
If a creator cannot find joined work, first check their signed-in Cruva account and linked TikTok handle, then open the original campaign link. Check application or participation status separately from whether the campaign has ended. Do not tell an existing participant to create another account just to see old results.
