Meet Copilot

Chat with your shop's live data — ask questions, pull reports, and take actions in plain English.

Copilot is Cruva's in-app AI assistant. It runs on your shop's live data, so you can ask questions in plain English, pull real numbers and charts, and take actions across your shop — without clicking through the dashboard.

How to open it

  • Click Copilot Chat in the left sidebar (the sparkles icon).
  • Start a new conversation, or continue a previous one.

What it can do

  • Answer from live data. Ask about GMV, videos, LIVEs, samples, affiliates, groups, products, and tags — Copilot pulls the same data your dashboard uses and reports only what it actually finds. It won't guess or make up numbers.
  • Show charts and exports. It renders trend, top-N, and share-of-whole charts right in the chat, and gives you a download button for CSV exports.
  • Take actions. Beyond answering, it does real work — approve or reject sample requests, send a DM to a creator, and create, toggle (start/stop), or delete automations, and create or delete groups. Before it sends, creates, updates, deletes, approves, or rejects anything, it restates exactly what it's about to do and waits for your confirmation.
  • Explain how Cruva works. Ask "how do I…", "what does this mean", or "why isn't my automation sending" and it answers from Cruva's own help docs.

Access

  • Copilot is available on the Growth and Scale plans.
  • An account admin can turn Copilot on or off per shop from My Shops → Edit shop (the "AI Copilot" toggle).
  • Every conversation is tied to one shop. To ask about a different shop, switch shops (using the shop switcher at the top of the left sidebar) and start a new chat — Copilot can't compare two shops in one conversation.
