What you can ask Copilot

Copilot works on your shop's live data and can both answer questions and take actions. Here's the range, with example prompts you can paste straight into chat.

Ask about your shop

• Performance & analytics — overview stats, GMV by channel, and your Shop Performance Score. "What's my GMV this month?"
• Videos & LIVEs — browse and rank creator videos and LIVE sessions with their metrics. "Show my top 20 performing videos"
• Affiliates (CRM) — search, filter, and count your affiliate roster. "How many affiliates have over $100 GMV?"
• Sample requests — funnel breakdown, requests by status, and counts by stage. "Show my sample request funnel"
• Groups & lists — your CRM groups, segments, and uploaded lists. "How many affiliates are in each group?"

Take action

Copilot can make changes too. It confirms with you first before anything that sends, creates, updates, deletes, approves, or rejects:

• Sample requests — approve or reject them. "Approve the pending sample requests from creators over 50k followers"
• Outreach — send a DM to a creator, and read your message inbox and history. "DM @handle to ask if they'd like a sample"
• Automations — create a new automation, turn one on or off, or delete one. "Create a DM automation targeting my new-affiliate list"
• Groups — create or delete CRM groups. "Create a group of creators who were shipped but haven't posted"

Charts and downloads

• Copilot renders trend, top-N, and share-of-whole charts inline.
• When a tool produces an export, it gives you a download button labeled with exactly what the file contains.

The chat welcome screen suggests a few starting points based on your shop — but you can ask for anything above. A good opener: "Run a health check on my shop."
