Groups are dynamic segments of creators based on rules — sample status, GMV, activity, tags, and more. CRM automations watch those groups and act automatically when a creator meets the conditions.

Groups

  • Build a group from rules (for example, "sample delivered but hasn't posted in 7 days").
  • Groups update automatically as creators meet or stop meeting the rules.
  • Use groups to target automations precisely.

CRM automations

  • Sample Shipped — messages creators in your Shipped group on the automation's next send cycle (within its schedule and daily limits), not the instant a sample ships.
  • Content Unfulfilled — nudge creators who received a sample but haven't posted.
  • Start from the pre-built templates and customize the copy for your brand.

Set it up

  • Create or pick a group that describes the creators you want to reach.
  • Open Automations and configure the matching automation template.
  • Fill in your product and message and save. The automation is created Paused (saving just removes the orange Template badge) — click Start on its card in the Automations list to activate it.
These follow-ups run on their own once configured — you set the rule once and the automation handles the timing.
