Sample requests are where creators ask for product to review and promote. Cruva gives you the full funnel — from request to approval to shipping to posting — in one place.
The sample funnel
- To Review — a creator has requested a sample and is awaiting your decision.
- Ready to Ship — approved and ready to send (or Rejected).
- Shipped — the sample is on its way.
- Content Pending — delivered, but the creator hasn't posted yet.
- Posted — the creator has published content.
(Requests can also end up Expired or Canceled.)
Working through requests
- Review requests on the Sample Requests page (the Sample Requests tab).
- Approve or reject individually, or use Swipe mode to move fast.
- Set auto-approval rules (the Auto Review tab) so qualified creators clear automatically.
Reduce bottlenecks
- Pair sample stages with CRM automations: message creators when a sample ships, and nudge those who received one but haven't posted.
Watch for creators stuck in Content Pending — that's the most common bottleneck, and a Content Unfulfilled automation (a pre-built template you activate) handles it automatically.
