Exporting Your Data (CSV & Reports)

Where to export creators, videos, analytics, and samples — plus how to pull everything before you cancel.

For anyone who wants a CSV or report out of Cruva — including a full backup before cancelling.

The short answer

Most list and report screens in Cruva now have an Export CSV or Generate Report button, usually near the top-right of the table. You can also connect the AI Copilot / Claude and ask it to pull a specific dataset.

Where export lives, by surface

  • Videos (/dashboard/videos) — Where / what you get: Export menu with two options: a plain CSV, and CSV with AI Insights. The performance view exports a day-by-day (timeseries) CSV that honors your Posted Time Range. Exports include the creator's email.
  • A single video — Where / what you get: Open a video → Analytics tab → export its daily stats as CSV.
  • My Affiliates — Where / what you get: Export to CSV from the table. Includes the affiliate's Level (L-tier), plus email and phone in the timeseries export.
  • Creators / AI Creator Search — Where / what you get: Export selected creators to CSV; includes email where available.
  • CRM lists — Where / what you get: CSV export includes nickname, profile URL, and demographic fields by default.
  • Analytics / reports — Where / what you get: Generate Report from Dashboard analytics; content insights and CRM report tables have CSV export; the AI Report generator produces a Word document.
  • Social Intelligence — Where / what you get: CSV export on Social Intelligence videos and on brand/product/creator video lists.
  • Halo Effect — Where / what you get: Export available on the Halo Effect page.
  • Sample requests — Where / what you get: Export includes creator emails and product name, and honors the sample date-range filters.
  • AI Copilot — Where / what you get: Ask it for data; it can render tables and offer them as a downloadable CSV/file.

Formats

CSV is the standard export across the app; the AI Report generator also produces Word. There isn't a native one-click "everything to one Excel workbook" — export each surface you need, or use the AI Copilot to assemble a specific dataset.

Addresses are in TikTok, not Cruva

Shipping addresses, orders, and fulfillment for samples all live in TikTok Shop Seller Center, not Cruva. There's no address export in Cruva — pull creator/sample addresses from Seller Center's orders. Cruva manages the affiliate relationship side.

Export everything before you cancel

Before you cancel, export from each surface you care about:

1. My Affiliates → Export CSV (your creator relationships, levels, contact info).

2. Videos → Export CSV (content performance; add AI Insights if you want the analysis).

3. Sample requests → Export CSV (funnel + product + emails).

4. Analytics / reports → Generate Report for the periods you need.

5. Optionally, use the AI Copilot to pull any specific slice you don't see a button for.

Common questions

Can I export dashboard analytics to Excel? You can export/generate reports from analytics and the report tables today (this wasn't available in older versions). Export as CSV, then open in Excel.

Does the export get cut off at ~500 rows? The old row cap on CSV exports has been removed, so large lists should export in full.

Some emails/phone numbers are blank in my export. The My Affiliates (timeseries) export includes both email and phone; the video, sample, and AI-search exports include email but not a phone column. Where a column exists, a blank cell means Cruva doesn't have that contact detail for that creator — not that the column is missing.

My exported file looks garbled (non-Latin / CJK characters). Report tables now render correctly in non-English exports. If you still see scrambled characters, open the CSV with UTF-8 encoding.

How do I get video links / videos themselves in the export? The video CSV includes the TikTok link per row. Bulk-downloading the video files isn't a built-in feature.
