Watch top livestreams
Browse the live streams driving reach across your market, watch a recorded clip of each one, and see which products were pinned — including the LIVEs that featured any brand or product.
For merchants who want to see how creators actually sell on TikTok LIVE — the formats, the pacing, the products they pin — not just the videos they post.
The short version
- Social Intelligence → Livestreams is a feed of live streams in your shop's market ranked by GMV, with a short recorded clip of each one.
- Every brand and product page in Social Intelligence has a LIVEs section listing the streams that pinned that brand's products or that product.
- Your own creators' LIVEs under Content → Livestreams get a play button when we captured a recording of the stream.
- A recording is a sample clip, not the whole stream. Multi-product LIVEs have one clip per product.
Browse top livestreams
Open Social Intelligence → Livestreams. The table lists completed live streams from the selected market, ranked by GMV for the last 7 days ending today. Each row shows the Creator, the primary pinned product (and how many more were pinned), when it Started, its Duration, total Views and Peak viewers.
- Change the window with the date picker. LIVEs are written once, when the stream ends, so the most recent day is already final — there is no lag to wait out.
- Click any column header with a sort arrow to re-rank, for example by Views, Peak viewers or Duration.
- Filters lets you search a creator's handle, set a minimum view count or a minimum duration in minutes, and toggle Only LIVEs with a recording. That toggle is on by default, so the list starts with the streams you can actually watch; untick it to include every LIVE we observed.
Click a row, or the play tile at the start of it, to open the player.
The player
The player opens as a fixed-size window: the clip on the left, the details on the right. Nothing pushes the details below the fold, so there is no scrolling to find them.
- Clips — when a LIVE pinned several products, a strip under the video lists one clip per product. Click a clip, or a product in the list on the right, to switch.
- Reach — total views, peak concurrent viewers, duration, and the number of products pinned.
- Products shown — every product pinned during the stream, longest-pinned first, with its shop, price, and how long it stayed on screen. On a product page the product the list is scoped to is marked This product; on a brand page the brand's own products are marked This brand. Click a product name to open its Social Intelligence page.
- @handle opens the creator's Social Intelligence profile; the arrow next to it opens their TikTok LIVE page.
Some LIVEs have no recording: the stream had already ended by the time our recorder reached it. Those rows show a crossed-out camera instead of a play tile, and opening one still shows its reach and products.
LIVEs on brand and product pages
Open a brand or product in Social Intelligence and use the LIVEs tab. The section lists the streams that pinned that brand's products (or that product), for the page's date range, with the same filters and player as the main feed. It is the fastest way to see which creators are selling a competitor live and how.
Recordings of your own creators' LIVEs
Under Content → Livestreams (and the LIVEs list on a campaign), a row whose stream we captured shows a play button on its thumbnail. Click it to open the same player with the clip and the pinned products. Rows without the button are LIVEs our recorder did not observe; their sales data is unaffected. To see only the recorded ones, tick Playback available at the right of the toolbar.
Common questions
Is the recording the full stream? No. We capture roughly twenty seconds each time a product is pinned, so a LIVE with five products has up to five clips. The clips are meant to show you the selling style and setup, not to replay the whole session.
What is the gavel icon? That slot was a LIVE auction, where the seller pins a bidding placeholder instead of a listing. It has no product page, so it is shown as Live auction without a link; its clip still plays.
Why does a LIVE show no products? The catalogue did not have the product when the stream ran, or the creator pinned nothing. Reach figures are still real.
Why is GMV missing on some rows? Live GMV is only reported for part of the market, so some streams show a dash. GMV for your own creators' LIVEs is unaffected and lives under Content → Livestreams.
How far back does the data go? Recording started in mid-August 2026, so the date picker does not offer earlier windows. Coverage by market follows the rest of Social Intelligence.
Who can see it? The same plans as the rest of Social Intelligence. Sub-accounts need the Social Intelligence → Livestreams permission, which sits beside Brands, Products, Videos and Creators.
