How Social Intelligence Data Works

Search handles individually with the search bar at the top or view your inbox. the inbox defaults to unreplied messages, if you click the inbox button you can switch it to undread. you can also view all messages, or the messages sent from ai replies automations: see ehre: https://cruva.com/help-center/crm-automations/ai-auto-replies.

You can also filter by automations or by creator filters like GMV, followers, performance for your store, etc bu clicking the filter icon at the top.

Messages can be saved by clicking the bookmark icon tot he right of any message, and click the bookmark at the top of the page to filter by only bookmarked messages.

Within a message, you can send text, or you can send a product card with the product button, select a product by name or by id. or you can send an image by clicking the image button then drag n dropping or selecting an image file. it cannot be greater than 5 megabytes. If the creator's language is detected to be dfiferent from what's in the browser, the option to translate the page will appear at the top. When you're typing a message, a little translate button shows beneath the text area where you can translate your message before sending.

Getting to Creator Messages

Click Creator Messages on the bottom left of the sidebar, or navigate directly to https://cruva.com/dashboard/im. You can search handles individually using the search bar at the top, or browse your inbox. The inbox defaults to unreplied messages; click the inbox button to switch it to unread. You can also view all messages, or just the messages sent from AI reply automations more on AI auto replies.

Filtering and Saving Messages

Click the filter icon at the top to filter by automations or by creator attributes like GMV, followers, and performance for your store. To save a message for later, click the bookmark icon to the right of any message. You can then click the bookmark at the top of the page to filter down to only your bookmarked messages.

Sending Messages

Within a conversation, you have a few ways to reach a creator:

  • Text: Type your message directly.
  • Product cards: Click the product button and select a product by name or by ID.
  • Images: Click the image button, then drag and drop or select an image file. Files cannot exceed 5 MB.

If a creator's detected language differs from the one set in your browser, an option to translate the page will appear at the top. And while you're typing, a small translate button shows beneath the text area, letting you translate your message before you send it.
