Custom client invoicing lets agencies bill their clients directly for the Cruva seats those clients use — so you can pass through or mark up costs cleanly.
What it does
- Invoice clients for the seats they consume.
- Keep billing organized per client.
Set it up
- Open Custom Exports in the sidebar (available once the feature is enabled for your account).
- Pick the export you need and an optional date range, then click Download Export.
Custom exports — including client invoicing — are built for you by the Cruva team. To request a new export, reach out to us. A practical fit for agencies managing many shops who want billing tied to actual usage.
