A white-label manager email lets brands install Cruva through your own email address instead of a Cruva-generated one — so the experience stays fully branded to your agency.
What it does
- Brands see and install via your email, not a Cruva address.
- Keeps outreach and onboarding on your brand.
Set it up
- In My Shops, start Add Shop. On the Set Up Your Shop step, click the White Label button (next to Create) to open White Label Configuration.
- Enter your white-label email address and confirm the setup requirements.
Requires a Google Workspace Group on your own domain, with Cruva's shop@cruva.com added as a member with public post access (so Cruva can receive TikTok's verification mail) — the modal asks you to confirm this before enabling. Best suited to agencies managing TikTok Shops for multiple brands.
