Sometimes a shop needs to move to a different Cruva account — for example, handing a client off to another manager. Cruva lets you transfer a shop without losing its data.
What transfers
- The shop and its connected data move to the new account.
- History stays intact through the handoff.
How to move a shop
- On the My Shops page, click Transfer shops to another account, then select the shop(s) to move and click Initiate transfer.
- Acknowledge the warnings, enter the recipient's account email (twice), and verify with the 6-character code emailed to you.
- The recipient accepts the pending transfer request from their own My Shops page. Accepted shops arrive paused — the recipient then adds/assigns a plan to activate them. No spare capacity is required to accept.
Use this for clean client handoffs so the receiving account keeps full history and continuity.
