View product sales, stock, and SKU performance

Use the Products tab on your dashboard to see what each product is selling, drill into SKU-level performance, and check stock before you approve samples.

The Products tab on your dashboard shows how every product in your shop is selling over the selected date range, with the same period-over-period comparison you get on the Analytics tab. Expand any product to see the same breakdown per SKU. Stock levels show up where you actually need them: on each row in Sample Requests, so you can see whether a variant is in stock before you approve it.

Open the Products tab

Dashboard → Products

Go to your dashboard and click the Products tab beneath the Analytics header. The table respects the date range and timezone set in the toolbar at the top of the page, and the "Performance During" label confirms which window you're looking at.

What each product row shows

Every row is one product, ranked by the metric you sort on (Total GMV by default). Click any sales metric header to sort (the three affiliate columns at the end are informational only), and hover the ? next to a header for a definition.

  • Total GMV — all revenue for the product across every channel.
  • Affiliate GMV, Video GMV, Live GMV — revenue split by where the sale started: affiliate creator videos, short-form video, and TikTok LIVE.
  • Units Sold, AOV, Add to Cart, CTR — volume and conversion signals.
  • Shop Tab Impressions, Shop Tab GMV, Sell-through % — how the product performs in the TikTok Shop tab. Sell-through is units divided by impressions.
  • Subscription GMV, Active / New / Recurring Subscriptions — for products sold on subscription. The active and recurring counts are a point-in-time snapshot from the last day in the range, not a sum.
  • Videos Posted, Sample Requests, Samples Shipped — affiliate activity for the product in the same period, so you can see whether sales are moving with your sampling.

Each metric cell includes a small sparkline and a green or red % change against the comparison period. Click a cell to open a full daily chart for that metric.

Use the search icon in the Product column to find a product by name or ID, and Export CSV in the top right to download the full ranked list with daily values.

SKU-level performance

Click the chevron on the left of any product row to expand it. The sub-table lists every SKU (variant) of that product that recorded sales in the period, with its own GMV, Gross Sales, Units Sold, and Orders, each with a sparkline and % change. Click a header to re-sort the SKUs, use the search icon to find a variant by name or SKU ID, and use the export button inside the sub-table to download the SKU breakdown for that product.

If a product shows "No SKU sales recorded," the product sold but TikTok didn't report which variant, or the sales happened outside the selected range.

Check stock on your sample requests

Dashboard → Affiliate CRM → Sample Requests

Stock shows on the product card in each sample request row, directly under the product name, so you can see availability at the moment you're deciding whether to approve. The same readout appears on the Refundable Samples tab and in the creator-grouped view.

  • "1.2K in stock" in grey — the SKU has plenty of inventory.
  • Amber — the SKU is running low (10 units or fewer).
  • "Out of stock" in red — approving will likely fail on TikTok's side with a product or warehouse error.

Hover the readout to see the exact unit count. Where TikTok gives Cruva stock for the specific SKU the creator requested, the number is for that variant. If only product-level stock is available, the tooltip says so and the number covers the whole product. If no stock figure is shown at all, Cruva doesn't have a count for that item yet; a blank never means zero.

If you approve a sample for an out-of-stock SKU, TikTok returns a red-banner error and the request stays in To Review. See Approving and fulfilling samples for the full list of approval errors and how to fix them.
