Regions, markets, and languages
Which TikTok Shop markets Cruva supports, how new markets arrive, licensing across the EU, automation message languages, and changing your dashboard language.
For sellers and agencies checking whether their market is supported and how language settings work.
Supported markets
Cruva supports these TikTok Shop markets today. Each shop is tied to one market, which also sets its currency:
- US — Market: United States · Currency: USD ($)
- UK — Market: United Kingdom · Currency: GBP (£)
- MX — Market: Mexico · Currency: MXN ($)
- DE — Market: Germany · Currency: EUR (€)
- ES — Market: Spain · Currency: EUR (€)
- FR — Market: France · Currency: EUR (€)
- IE — Market: Ireland · Currency: EUR (€)
- IT — Market: Italy · Currency: EUR (€)
- NL — Market: Netherlands · Currency: EUR (€)
- PT — Market: Portugal · Currency: EUR (€)
- GR — Market: Greece · Currency: EUR (€)
- BE — Market: Belgium · Currency: EUR (€)
- AT — Market: Austria · Currency: EUR (€)
- PL — Market: Poland · Currency: PLN (zł)
- HU — Market: Hungary · Currency: HUF (Ft)

If your country isn't listed, TikTok Shop either isn't live there yet or Cruva hasn't finished building affiliate-data support for it. A few markets people ask about that are not available: Canada (no TikTok Shop), and some newer markets until data support ships.
When do new EU/Asia markets arrive?
When TikTok launches new markets, Cruva adds them after building the affiliate-data pipeline for each one — so availability in Cruva can lag TikTok's launch by a little. We announce markets as they go live.
Adding or switching a market
You choose the region when you add a shop (My Shops → Add Shop), and it must match the shop's actual TikTok Shop market — a region mismatch is a common cause of "link failed". To operate in another market, add that market's shop as a separate shop. See Connect your TikTok Shop.
Do I need a separate license per country in the EU?
Billing is per shop, and each TikTok Shop market is a separate shop in Cruva — so a seller running, say, DE and FR shops adds both and each takes its own plan slot. There's no single pan-EU license that covers multiple country shops at once. Agencies running several markets have agency pricing available.
Automation / outreach message languages
Outreach message language support is limited — plan your automated messages in the languages Cruva supports rather than assuming every market's local language is available. Also note that a message written for one market does not automatically translate when reused in another market; check the content before sending in each market.
Change your dashboard language
If your dashboard shows the wrong language:
1. Click your profile icon at the top-right of the dashboard.
2. Open the language selector and choose English (or your preferred language).
The dashboard reloads and switches to the new language.
The dashboard language is separate from the Seller Center language — TikTok's "Add User" step must be set to English for linking to succeed, regardless of your Cruva dashboard language.
Timezone
Cruva knows the common business timezone(s) for each market and prioritizes them in timezone pickers, so a new shop defaults to a sensible local zone. You can change it in the relevant settings/picker.
