EU Shop Bundles
EU Region Bundles let a single cross-border seller run multiple EU TikTok Shop markets under one plan and dashboard.
What They Are
EU Region Bundles let a single cross-border seller run multiple EU TikTok Shop markets under one plan, instead of buying a separate Scale plan for each region. There are two options: the EU 5 Region Bundle ($1,498/mo), which covers any 5 EU markets, and the EU All Region Bundle ($2,489/mo), which covers all 13 EU markets (DE, FR, IT, ES, IE, PT, HU, GR, CZ, BE, AT, NL, PL). Both include every feature of the Scale plan in each included market, plus one plan, one installation, and one centralized dashboard. That works out to roughly $300 per market on the 5-region bundle or $191 per market on the all-region bundle, versus $599 when buying Scale plans separately.
Choosing a Bundle
On signup, pick Europe on the "Where do you sell?" step, then answer "How many EU markets do you sell in?" Choose 2–5 to see the EU 5 Region Bundle highlighted as best value, or 6+ for the EU All Region Bundle. (Selecting 1 just shows the standard per-market plans.)
If you're already a customer, go to Billing. Single-brand accounts get an "EU Shop Bundles" card with a Subscribe button. Agency accounts can click "EU Shop Bundles → Show" to reveal the bundle cards and adjust quantity with proration, like any other plan.
Creating the Store and Selecting Regions
Once you're subscribed, open My Shops → Add shop. In the plan dropdown, pick your EU bundle (it appears automatically once you own one). The region field then becomes a multi-select of EU markets: check the regions you want (up to 5 for the 5-Region Bundle, or use "Select all" for the All Region Bundle). Choose one region as the default; this becomes your parent store's home market and can't be removed later. When you create the shop, Cruva sets up the parent store and then provisions a connected store for each region you selected, all under the same seller.
Linking and Managing Regions
Link the parent store the same way you'd link any TikTok Shop, and each regional store connects under it. On the My Shops page, an EU bundle shows a single "EU" chip in the Region column. Click it to see every region with a live status dot:
- Green: linked
- Gray: still initializing or paused
- Red: a login/link problem
You can retry any region that failed to log in right from that dropdown. A compact region switcher also appears in the top navbar, so you can hop between your regional storefronts, each carrying its own data and dashboards.
Changing Your Plan Later
Use Change plan on the bundle to move between tiers or edit your markets. Upgrading from the 5-Region to the All Region Bundle lets you add more regions; downgrading lets you keep just 5, and any regions you remove are paused automatically (your default/parent region always stays active). Billing is prorated where applicable, and you can cancel anytime.
