Agency Hub
One creator hub for every brand you manage: campaigns, products, videos and a leaderboard from all your shops on a single link.
For agencies whose account owns more than one shop.
The short answer
Agency Hub is a Brand Hub for your whole agency. It is one public link, creators.cruva.com/a/your-agency, that shows campaigns, products, programs and videos from every brand you choose, plus a Top Affiliates leaderboard. Open it from Agency Dashboard → Agency Hub.
The brands are the shops your account owns. Shops shared with you from another company's account don't appear.
A hub is always shown in one region. TikTok Shop is region-locked: a UK creator can't sell a US shop's products. So creators only ever see the brands, campaigns, products, programs, videos and leaderboard of one region at a time, normally their own market.
Set it up
- In Brands, campaigns & products, click Brands and pick the shops the hub should show. An EU bundle appears as one card with a checkbox for each regional storefront (for example France and Germany); each storefront you tick becomes its own brand in its own region. The brand rows are grouped by region. Drag them to set their order, or hide a brand without removing it.
- Click Campaigns to choose what creators see from each brand. With Auto-add new campaigns on, every new public campaign from that brand appears on the hub by itself. Private campaigns only appear when you tick them.
- Click Products to feature products. Each product can have its own link; leave it empty to send creators to the TikTok Shop listing. Products are mixed evenly across brands.
- Edit the hero, Top Affiliates, videos, text blocks and links the same way as on a Brand Hub. The preview beside the editor shows mobile and desktop, for one region at a time.
- Fill in Logo & contact with your agency's name, logo and support email, then click Save. Your hub link appears under the title, ready to copy or share as a QR code.
Regions
The region bar above the editor lists Base plus every region your brands sell in. A region whose brands are all hidden is dimmed: creators there can't see the hub.
- Base is the copy every region shares. The preview shows your default region.
- Pick a region to preview it and to change copy for that region only. A card at the top lists everything a region can change: the eyebrow, tagline, description and hero banner, the button texts and link, the section titles and leaderboard title, the text of each text block, the terms of service text and PDF, and the support email. Leave a field empty to use the Base copy, which shows in gray. A field you change is marked Overridden; click Reset to go back to Base, or Reset all to clear the whole region. The number on a region in the bar is how many fields it changes.
- Colors, fonts, sections and their order, videos, Discord and brand settings are the same in every region. You can still edit them while a region is selected; the change applies everywhere.
- If a region has visible brands but no campaigns or products picked, the editor warns you that creators there will see an empty hub.
Default region. Under the brand rows, choose which region visitors see when their own market isn't one of yours. Automatic uses the first brand's region.
Region links. Next to your hub link, Copy region link copies a link that opens one region, like creators.cruva.com/a/your-agency?region=uk. Visitors who aren't signed in land on that region. Signed-in creators always see their own market.
Currency. Each region shows its leaderboard in its own currency, so there is no currency setting.
What creators see
Creators can filter the hub by brand, or tap a brand to open that brand's own Brand Hub (you choose which under When a creator taps a brand).
Joining your Agency Hub saves it to the creator's My Brands. It doesn't add them to any brand's community. Creators join a brand by opting into one of its campaigns, exactly as they do from a Brand Hub or a campaign link. Payouts stay with each brand's campaign.
Creators see the region of their own market. If you don't sell in their market, they see a message listing the markets you do sell in and can't join. Visitors who aren't signed in see the region of where they are (or your default region) and can switch between your regions.
The leaderboard only counts the region being viewed, and only lists creators who have joined one of your brands.
Discord
The Agency Hub uses your agency's own Discord server, not a brand's. Connect it from the Discord community section. Once connected, you can require creators to be in the server to join, give them roles, open a channel and send a welcome message, just like on a Brand Hub.
Common problems
I don't see Agency Hub in the sidebar. It appears when your account owns two or more shops. Team members need access to the Agency Dashboard.
I can see the hub but can't edit it. Team members limited to specific shops can view the Agency Hub but not change it, because it spans every shop on the account.
A brand is missing from the picker. Only shops your account owns, that are linked and on an active plan, can be added.
A brand doesn't show in the preview. The preview shows one region. Pick that brand's region in the region bar.
Creators in one country see an empty hub. Every brand in that region is hidden, or none of its campaigns or products are picked. Select the region in the region bar to see what they see.
