How to request deletion
Email us at support@cruva.com from the email address associated with your Cruva account. Use the subject line “User data deletion request” and include your account name or username so we can identify your account.
We may contact you to verify that you own the account. Once verified, we will delete your account and associated personal data within 72 hours and confirm when the request is complete.
Certain records may be retained when required by law or for legitimate security, fraud-prevention, or financial-recordkeeping purposes. For more information, see our Privacy Policy.
