Introducing Fast Bank Transfer

Fast Bank Transfer lets you fund your Cruva balance directly from your bank via Faster Payments in the UK, SEPA in Europe, or domestic wire in the US, with your balance credited automatically once the transfer arrives.
Add Balance has a new funding method. Fast Bank Transfer moves money from your own bank account into your Cruva balance with no card in between, and the balance is credited automatically once the transfer arrives. It lives under Creator Community > Payments > Add Balance.
Funding a balance is plumbing
The money in your Cruva balance is there to pay creators. Getting it in should take as little of your attention as possible.
Banks do not all work the same way
A transfer that is routine in London runs on a different rail in Frankfurt, and a different one again in New York.
Nobody wants to chase a credit
The gap between money landing at the bank and the balance moving in Cruva is exactly the part you do not want to be emailing anyone about.
A cost you can say in one line
A funding fee you can state up front is easier to plan around than one you work out each time.
How it works
Fast Bank Transfer is one method on Add Balance. What runs underneath it depends on where you bank.
- 1
Pick it on Add Balance
Creator Community > Payments > Add Balance. Fast Bank Transfer sits alongside the other methods available in your region. In the US that means Card and ACH Direct Debit as well.
- 2
Check out, then read the bank details
After checkout you are given the bank details to pay into and a payment reference. Include the reference exactly as it is shown.
- 3
Send the transfer from your bank
The payment leaves your own bank account the way any other transfer would, on whichever rail your region uses.
- 4
The balance credits itself
There is nothing to confirm and no receipt to forward. Once the funds arrive, your Cruva balance is credited automatically.
Where it runs
| Region | Rail | What to know |
|---|---|---|
| United Kingdom | Faster Payments | Usually arrives the same or next business day |
| Europe | SEPA transfer | Paid in euros, and the account name has to match exactly |
| United States | Domestic wire | Usually arrives within 1 business day, and adds a $15.00 wire charge |
Arrival times are what each rail usually does, not a guarantee.
Pay directly from your bank. Once your transfer arrives, your Cruva balance is credited automatically.
What it costs
Fast Bank Transfer costs 0.5% of the payment amount, capped at 5.00 in your local currency. US transfers add a $15.00 wire charge on top of that.
If you are in the US
Fast Bank Transfer is the same funding method that was labeled Wire in Cruva before, under a clearer name. Nothing about how you fund your balance has changed, and Card and ACH Direct Debit are both still on Add Balance alongside it.
On Add Balance now
Creator Community > Payments > Add Balance. Choose Fast Bank Transfer, check out, and pay from your bank using the reference you are shown.
